P.A.T.S. Auto Transport is a door-to-door service. Some special situations may apply. If a driver is unable to get into your area, he will ask that you meet him at a large parking area which is near your pickup or delivery address.

For your convenience, VISA and Mastercard are accepted, as well as cashier's checks or cash. The transport fee must be paid before the vehicle is delivered. A deposit in advance is not required.

Vehicle should be in good running condition. It should start, run, drive, and stop normally. The emergency break should also be operational. Inoperable vehicles are difficult to move, and cost more. Let us know if this is the case with your vehicle, so we can give you a more accurate quote. The vehicle should also be free of any contents. Household goods, personal items, or tools cannot be in the vehicle.

Average transport time coast to coast, is 10 to 14 days. Shorter distances take less transport time. Weather and other circumstances beyond our control can delay delivery, therefore, no delivery time is guaranteed. Consider this when making your plans.

The transport driver will call 8 to 24 hours in advance of delivery. If you or your contact person is not available at the delivery, your vehicle will be kept at a safe storage location where you may pick up your vehicle. There will be an additional charge imposed by the storage facility.

The vehicle's insurance is the primary coverage. However, the fully insured driver is directly responsible for any damage caused by him during transport.
